Installation
Installation is not included in the product price. Installation charges may vary depending on the product.
Damage Reporting
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Tax Information
Unless mentioned, invoice tax is not applicable under reverse charge. If reverse charge applies, it must be clearly mentioned separately.
Product Care & Damage
Physical damage is not covered. Cleaning the product with water or low-quality materials may cause rust or damage.
In case of breakage, the company is not responsible for any damage to flooring, marble, furniture, or home décor underneath.
Replacement Costs
If a replacement is approved, installation and any scaffolding charges will need to be paid by the customer.
Safety Disclaimer
The company is not responsible for any injury or accident caused due to product breakage or chandelier falls, as these may happen due to reasons beyond our control.
