Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all products, including custom-made and standard items, as orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
Order Modifications
Order modifications are permitted only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Modifications are allowed only for products of equal or higher value than the original order.
Any price difference arising from an upgrade must be paid by the customer before the modification is processed.
Requests made after the 24-hour window or once the order has been shipped will not be accepted.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or exchanged.
