Returns
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Items that show signs of damage, installation, usage, or tampering may not be eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the invoiced MRP for all approved returns.
This fee covers handling, inspection, and re-packaging costs.

Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Returned products must be shipped back to the same location from which they were originally dispatched.
All transportation, courier, and shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer.
Product Inspection
Upon receipt, all returned items undergo quality checks and verification to ensure authenticity and condition.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable 20% restocking fee and any other non-refundable charges.
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes
Customized, made-to-order, or discounted items may not be eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.
