Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at divoraluxurylightingdecor@gmail.com
within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Required
In case the product arrives broken or is not working, we kindly request an unboxing video of the item. This helps us raise the issue with the appropriate logistics partner and speeds up the resolution process.
Replacement Timeline & Charges
Issues reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for a 100% FREE replacement.
If the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, a 20% charge of the order value will apply, and a replacement will still be provided.
Issues reported after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Important Notes
Microscopic defects that are not visible once the product is installed will not be considered for replacement.
Once we receive your complaint, Divora Luxury Lighting & Decor will review and verify the issue. If the claim is found to be genuine, we’ll promptly initiate the replacement process.
All returned products are subject to inspection. If the complaint is found to be invalid, the shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer.
